Our hiking program

From June 15th to September 22nd you have the opportunity to hike and explore the most beautiful hiking tours and routes around Rofen and in the Ötztal Alps accompanied by Hubert.

Three to four times a week it's possible to discover the most fascinating and impressive places in the Ötztal Alps and to see the marvellous alpine flowers.

Hubert will guide you on easy valley hikes, to the most beautiful high paths, to numerous huts, to wonderful mountain lakes, up to dreamlike peaks.

Discover with us idyllic valley locations as well as the higher regions of the Ötztal Alps, a varied program awaits you.

Seniors also get their money's worth on a leisurely hike.

The hikes will be discussed the day before. If we do not hike to a hut, you will be provided with free food and mineral water from our kitchen. If a car is needed during our hikes, we use our hotel bus free of charge too. 

You will require your personal equipment like: ankle-high hiking boots with profile soles, rain protection, sun protection, rucksack, walking sticks.

Of course the accompaniment by Hubert, our hiking guide, is free of charge and an exclusive service for our house guests.

The most varied and rarest flowers are to be seen in the Ötztal Alps. And the alpine roses, especially, are very impressive from June to mid-July.

In September autumn shows itself in its most beautiful colours. Don't miss the clear mountain streamlets and the clean air. In autumn you can have a unique, magnificent view over the Alps.
